TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Registration closes two days before each module or when all seats are filled.  

  2. The registration fee must be paid upon registration as registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  3. Law Society Pro Bono Services ("LSPBS") reserves the right to refuse to register or admit any participant, and to cancel or postpone the programme.

  4. No walk-ins allowed. All participants to register before the event. Please email CLAStraining@lawsocprobono.org for any queries.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

  1. For paying delegate who is unable to attend may wish to apply his/her registration to another module (subject to availability of the module) or send a substitute delegate. Please email CLAStraining@lawsocprobono.org on this change at least 2 working days before module date.

  2. For paying participant who cancels his/her registration before the commencement date shall be liable to pay administrative fees set out below: 

  • two or more calendar days before session date, $20 admin fee.

  • one calendar day before session date, $30 admin fee

  • at the session date, $45 (full registration fee).

  3. ​For active CLAS volunteer who registered for free modules and is not able to attend the session, should inform us within

      five (5) working days before the talk to give way for others who wish to register.
